We are proud to have the Hyatt Regency SFO Airport as the home of Hello Dance Fest.

Each day eight ballrooms are set up for workshops. At night, they are reconfigured to form four rooms to host Bachata, Salsa, Zouk, and Kizomba dancing.

Hello Dance Fest utilizes 131,973 square feet of hotel ballroom space for its 4-dance genre event.

Do you prefer...

Peace & Quiet
HIGH FLOOR or BAY VIEW rooms are furthest away from the ground floor or face away from the atrium, which means you won't hear the loud club music all night long. You'll have to pay a little bit more though.
Hosting Room Parties
LOW FLOOR NUMBER can be a room party! Our hotel block reserves rooms on the THIRD and FOURTH floors for this reason. Always book your room early if you plan to do room parties to ensure you are located next to other dancers who plan to party.
Close to the Action
THIRD FLOOR rooms will get you up/down quickly without the elevators. You'll be able to take the stairs right from the atrium on the second floor.
Link Two Rooms
Reserve a CORNER KING and link a double queen or king room for twice the size! Perfect for large families or groups that want to stay connected.
Save Some Money
TWO QUEENS is the best way to split the cost by two or more people. It'll be cramped but if you're partying the whole time it probably will work for you.
Baller Room Parties
SUITES are the best way for large teams to party and celebrate! For the ultimate space, reserve a premier suite for maximum baller status.

420 sq ft / View Varies 420 sq ft / View Varies Corner King Take in views of the hills or the bay from this spacious 420-square-foot room—located on a high floor, it boasts more space than a standard room. This corner room features a king bed, a seating area with long couch, a bathroom with shower and the option of connecting to a double or king room.
Airport Shuttle Service
The hotel offers a 24-hour complimentary airport shuttle that runs every 15 minutes from 4 a.m. until 1 a.m. and every 30 minutes from 1 a.m. until 4 a.m.

How to Get to the Airport Shuttle

Step by Step Guide

Here's how to reach the shuttle bus after you've picked up your luggage.

Go to 2nd Floor
After picking up your luggage, make your way to the second floor of the airport. Follow signages that say "Hotel Shuttles".
Exit the Airport
Once you've exited the airport you should see the sky (if you don't then you're on the 1st floor still). Use the pedestrian walkway and cross the street to the inner circle (it's only a few feet).
Locate the Shuttle Hut
There are multiple shuttles to multiple hotels. You want to find the hut that says "Hyatt Regency" AND "Marriott".
Track the Shuttle
Track the Shuttle's location. The hotel has up to three shuttles running. Once it arrives get on and it'll take you to the festival!

You have three ways to park for our festival:
Parking Map
Hotel Parking
The hotel offers self-parking for $20/night with unlimited in/outs if you are staying at the hotel.

Not staying at the hotel? Validated parking is available for non hotel-stayers via the machine located by the stairs to the festival floor. Please check with the hotel for current rates (but it's around $20 for a few hours).
Street Parking
You can find some side streets near the hotel that provides parking. If parking during the day please check for parking signs for limitations.
Unofficial Parking
There's a plaza across the street that has Day/Night Parking that many of us take advantage of. Here's the thing: the hotel doesn't want to talk about it... and we don't want to talk about it either.

There are signs that state how much time you can park there but many park there anyway with no known issues. We're not saying you can park there but we're also not saying don't park there.
